Plate Ice Machine
Dry, hard plate ice from 3 to 10 tonnes a day. Water freezes on stainless steel plates, then a stainless crusher breaks the sheet into flakes that fall straight to the ice outlet.
I — FEATURES
Ice that keeps its shape on the floor
SUS 304 freezing plates
9 to 28 plates at 997 × 610 mm, food-grade stainless throughout the water path.
Stainless steel ice crusher
Breaks the harvested sheet into dry flakes and discharges through the ice outlet below.
20 to 25 minute cycle
Short freezing cycle at −15 °C evaporating temperature keeps daily output steady.

All models: SUS 304 stainless steel freezing plates, stainless steel ice crusher and ice outlet. The 10T-PI is built as a twin bank with two ice outlets. Output is stated per day and depends on inlet water temperature and ambient conditions.
