I — FEATURES

Cold plate, not a shell and tube

304 stainless cold plates

12 to 32 plates at 965 × 1194 mm, sized to the flow rate. Food-grade and washdown-friendly.

Distributor tank and recycle pump

Water is distributed across the plate faces and recirculated, with a 2″ outlet and drain outlet.

Insulated stainless housing

0.7 mm stainless steel over 4″ insulation, with two to six service doors for access.
